1. About DMCA compliance
Analoxia complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and responds to valid takedown notices for content on properties we control.

3. How to file a takedown notice
Per 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- The URL of the infringing material
- Your contact information
- A good-faith-belief statement
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act

4. What happens after you file
We review valid notices, remove or disable access to the material expeditiously, and notify the affected party where applicable.
5. Counter-notification process
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with the elements required by § 512(g). We may restore the material after the statutory waiting period unless the complainant files suit.
6. Repeat infringer policy
Accounts that accumulate three or more valid infringement notices are terminated.
7. Misrepresentations
Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may result in liability for damages under § 512(f).
