1. Who we are

Analoxia ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data processed through analoxia.com and the Page HQ dashboard. Contact: info@analoxia.com.

2. What data we collect

We collect account data (email, password hash), profile data you provide (handle, niche, platform links), usage data (pages viewed, features used), technical data (IP, device, browser), and communications (emails, support messages).

3. Why we collect data (legal basis)

Under GDPR Article 6 we rely on: contract (to provide the service you requested), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the service), consent (for analytics and marketing), and legal obligation (where law requires).

4. How long we keep data

We keep account data while your account is active and for a limited period afterward to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it. Specific retention periods are available on request.

5. Who has access to your data

Internally, only staff who need it. Externally, vetted service providers acting on our instructions, including Bunny.net (CDN/storage), Postmark (email), Cloudflare (security/DNS), and our payment processor. International transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location (GDPR / CCPA / ZZPL), you have the right to:

• Access a copy of your data
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Port your data to another service
• Object to or restrict processing
• Withdraw consent at any time
• File a complaint with your supervisory authority

7. How to exercise your rights

Most actions are self-service in the Page HQ dashboard. For anything else, email info@analoxia.com and we will respond within the legally required timeframe.

8. Children's data

Our services are strictly for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 and will delete such data if discovered.

9. Cookies

10. International users

We apply GDPR-level protections to all users regardless of location, and honor CCPA and ZZPL rights where applicable.

11. Changes to this policy

We will post any changes here with an updated date, and notify you of material changes by email where appropriate.
