1. Agreement to terms

By accessing analoxia.com or the Page HQ dashboard you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Who can use Analoxia

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Our services relate to adult content businesses and are not available to minors.

3. Account registration + security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to breach security, scrape data, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you provide. We retain ownership of the Analoxia platform, brand, and the Page Method™. You grant us a limited license to use your data only to provide the service.

6. Subscription + agency services

The Page HQ dashboard has a free tier. Paid agency services operate on a public 50/50 revenue share, month-to-month, with no lock-in. Cancellation and any refunds are described at signup.

7. Payment terms

Where payments apply, they are reconciled monthly against net revenue and itemized. We never add undisclosed fees.

8. Disclaimers

We make no income guarantees. Results depend on your content, niche, and effort. The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law. See our Disclaimer.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Analoxia against claims arising from your content or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.

12. Governing law + disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Analoxia is established, with disputes resolved in its competent courts. Specific jurisdiction will be confirmed on LLC formation.

13. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms and will post changes here with a new date. Continued use means acceptance.
